Terms and Conditions

Scope of services

ALA Renovations provides the following services:

• Roofing installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance
• Solar panel installation and maintenance
• General construction and remodeling services

A detailed description of services will be outlined in the individual project agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.

Quotations and estimates

All quotes provided by ALA Renovations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and additional work requested or required.

Project timeline

Estimated timelines are provided as a guide and are subject to change due to weather conditions, material delays, unforeseen site issues, or other external factors.

Warranty

• Roofing installations come with a 50-year workmanship warranty.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials used.
• Solar system components are subject to separate warranties provided by the manufacturers.
• This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, acts of nature, third-party work, or lack of maintenance.

Customer responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide access to the property and necessary utilities.
• Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas.
• Notify ALA Renovations of any known site hazards or restrictions.

Insurance and licensing

ALA Renovations maintains all necessary licenses and liability insurance as required by law. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

Liability

ALA Renovations is not liable for delays caused by third parties, unforeseen site conditions, extreme weather, or force majeure events. Any damages must be reported within 7 days of project completion.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The Customer is responsible for payment of completed work and materials ordered up to the date of termination.

Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of CA, USA. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in CA, USA.

Acceptance

By signing an agreement or proceeding with work provided by ALA Renovations, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
